Who controls your data

SIPKAO ENERGY CO., LTD. (tax ID 0805566004191), นครศรีธรรมราช province, Thailand, trading as 19Energy, decides how your personal data is collected and used.

Information we receive

• Enquiry form and the form in the installation calculator: your name, phone number, installation area, property type, approximate electricity bill, any message you write, and the options and results you chose in the calculator (system size, equipment brands, estimated price).
• The calculator works out results in your own browser. Figures you try are not sent to us until you enter your name and number and press send.
• Other channels: when you call, message us on LINE, email us or contact us on Facebook, we receive what you share there, such as your account name, number and site photos.
• Anonymous contact statistics: the site counts clicks on the call, LINE and email buttons and form submissions — which page, where the visit came from (for example Google, Facebook or direct), the page language and whether it was a phone or computer. It does not record your name, number or IP address.
• Website server logs: our hosting provider may keep IP addresses and browser details for a short time for security and to block attacks.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies to track you or for advertising, and does not use Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel. The only thing stored in your browser is where your visit came from (for example Google), kept temporarily in sessionStorage and cleared automatically when you close the tab. It is used only for the statistics above.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

• Getting back to you, advising you, sizing your system, arranging a survey and preparing a quote — steps you asked for before entering into a contract (Section 24(3), Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562).
• Installation, aftercare and warranty — to perform our contract with you (Section 24(3)).
• Tax invoices, receipts and accounting records — to comply with the law (Section 24(6)).
• Anonymous contact statistics to improve the website — the company's legitimate interest (Section 24(5)).
• Sending form details through service providers whose servers may be outside Thailand — based on the consent you give by ticking the box before sending a form (Section 28).

Service providers and transfers abroad

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — receives form details and forwards them to the company's email.
• Google (Gmail) — receives and stores the company's email.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Neon — database holding the anonymous contact statistics.
• LINE and Meta (Facebook) — when you choose to contact us through those channels.
• Some of these providers have servers outside Thailand, such as in the United States. We share only what is needed to get back to you. We do not sell personal data, and disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

• People who contacted us but did not become customers: no longer than 2 years from the last contact.
• Customers: for as long as we provide service and warranty, with accounting and tax records kept for the period the law requires.
• Anonymous contact statistics: no longer than 2 years.
• After that, data is deleted or made anonymous.

Your rights

• You can ask to access and get a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted or anonymised, restrict or object to its use, and have it transferred.
• You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. If you withdraw it, we will contact you only through the channel you choose.
• Send requests by email or phone using the details below. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
• If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at www.pdpc.or.th.

Security

Every page uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Customer details are available only to the people who need them to contact and serve you, and the statistics system uses an account that can only add records, not read anything else.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use data, we will update this page and the date above. If a change needs new consent, we will ask first.
