What to have ready
You can contact us without these, but having them makes the estimate much more accurate.
- Three to six months of electricity bills — the more months, the more accurate the estimate
- Your roof type, e.g. corrugated tile, metal sheet or concrete
- The time of day you use the most electricity
- Photos of the roof from outside, if you can take them
What happens after you contact us
- We review your electricity bill and give you a first estimate of the system size. This step is free.
- We book an on-site survey to measure the roof and check the structure. The survey fee is THB 1,200–1,500, refunded in full against your quote when you go ahead with the installation.
- We send a quote with the calculation and every assumption open for you to check.
- You review the equipment and warranties and compare offers before you decide.
What the THB 1,200–1,500 site survey covers — and why there is a fee
The first step is an estimate from your electricity bill, which is free. When you want a price that holds, a technician visits the property and does the following:
- Measuring the actual roof and the installation area
- Checking the condition of the roof structure — something photos can't show
- Checking sun direction and shading, and deciding where the equipment goes
- A survey report with photos of your actual roof, plus generation and payback calculations from your own bill
The fee applies up to 100 km from our office — it covers fuel, a technician's full day away from installation work, and the time to measure, calculate and write up your report. It is refunded in full against your quote when you go ahead with the installation.

What should I prepare before getting in touch?
At minimum, one to three months of electricity bills, because they show how much power you use and when. A photo of the roof taken from the ground showing the whole surface, and whether the property has a single-phase or three-phase supply, will make the estimate more accurate. If you do not have these, contact us anyway — we can ask for what we need.
Can you give me an estimate without booking a survey?
Yes. Send us your electricity bill and we will give you a free first estimate of the system size that suits your usage and whether it is worth investing in — no survey and no commitment at this stage. An on-site survey has a fee of THB 1,200–1,500, refunded in full against your quote when you go ahead with the installation.
I am in another province in the South. Can I still contact you?
Yes. We serve 13 provinces in Southern Thailand. Tell us your district and we will confirm the survey date and aftercare for your area. We do not serve Ranong.
